Payment to be made at the time the customer collects goods from the premises.
Payment will only be accepted in cash, cheque (Guaranteed with a valid cheque guarantee card to the equivalent value of the repair and or assessments costs). Or a valid credit card subject to valid authorization from the issuer of the credit card.
Customers will be notified by telephone, personally or by letter that their goods are ready for collection. Goods not collected within 10 DAYS from the time of notification to the customer will be deemed to be unwanted by the customer and will be disposed of.
At the time of collection, the receipt issued to the customer at the time the customer deposited the goods to the engineer, will only be accepted as proof of the customer having left his goods with the engineer.
The engineer may, in his absolute discretion, accept other identification as proof of the customer leaving goods with the engineer, where the customer is unable to furnish the receipt issued at the time of the customer being given the receipt by the engineer.
